  • During high-demand launches or sales, processing times may extend slightly.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • We ship exclusively through trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing.

  • International: 7–21 business days after processing (customs may delay delivery).

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

5. Shipping Delays

  • De’LuX StreetWear is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs inspections.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

  • If this occurs, contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

7. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
